DreamOria is an adult service. It is intended only for people who are at least 18 years old. If you do not agree with this policy, please do not use the Service.
1. Information we collect
We collect the following categories of information:
- Account information — the email address, sign-in identifiers (including third-party sign-in such as Google), display name, and any profile details you provide.
- Content you create — messages you send to your AI companions, characters you build, prompts, and any media generated for or shared with you (photos, voice notes, videos).
- Subscription & billing data — your subscription tier, token balance, and transaction records. Card details are handled by our payment processors — we never store full card numbers on our servers.
- Technical & usage data — device and browser type, IP address, approximate region derived from your IP, pages viewed, and diagnostic logs used to keep the Service secure and reliable.
We do not collect precise GPS location unless a future feature explicitly asks for it and you grant permission.
2. How we use your information
- To create and authenticate your account.
- To operate core features — powering conversations with your AI companions, generating photos and voice, and remembering context you have shared within a chat.
- To process subscriptions, tokens, refunds, and prevent fraud.
- To understand and improve the reliability, performance, safety, and quality of the Service.
- To enforce our Terms and Content Guidelines and to comply with legal obligations.
3. AI processing
DreamOria uses third-party AI infrastructure to generate replies, images, and voice. When you interact with a companion, the necessary content is sent to these processors solely to produce a response. We select providers that are contractually bound to process data on our behalf and not to use your private content to train their own general models.
4. How we share information
We share information only with the parties needed to run the Service:
- Infrastructure providers — hosting, database, and storage vendors that keep the Service online.
- AI processors — the model providers described above.
- Payment providers — to charge subscriptions and handle billing securely.
- Legal & safety — where required by law, or to protect the rights, safety, and property of our users and DreamOria.
We do not sell your personal information, and we do not share your private conversations or generated content with data brokers or advertising networks.
5. Data retention
We keep your information for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide the Service. You can request permanent deletion of your account at any time. After deletion we may retain limited, anonymized records where required for billing, refunds, fraud prevention, tax, and accounting obligations.
6. Security
We use industry-standard measures — encryption in transit, access controls, and isolated storage — to protect your data. No system is perfectly secure, but we work to keep your conversations private and discreet, including discreet billing descriptors where supported.
7. Your rights

8. Age requirement
DreamOria is intended solely for adults who are at least 18 years old (or the age of majority in your jurisdiction, whichever is higher). We do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 18. If we learn that we have collected data from a minor, we will delete it.

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. When we make material changes, we will update the “last updated” date above and, where appropriate, notify you within the Service.
