These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of DreamOria (the “Service”). By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
1. Eligibility & age requirement
You must be at least 18 years old — or the age of majority in your jurisdiction, whichever is higher — to use DreamOria. The Service contains adult, sexually explicit content. By using it you represent and warrant that you are of legal age and that adult content is lawful to access where you live.
2. The Service
DreamOria provides AI-powered companions you can chat with, along with generated photos, voice messages, and other media. Companions are works of fiction. They are not real people, do not have consciousness, and their messages do not constitute advice of any kind (medical, legal, financial, or otherwise).
3. Your account
You are responsible for keeping your login credentials confidential and for all activity under your account. Notify us promptly of any unauthorized use. One person may not share a single account with others.
4. Acceptable use
You agree not to use the Service to create, request, or distribute content that is prohibited by our Content Guidelines, including any content that sexualizes minors, depicts non-consensual acts, or is otherwise illegal. You also agree not to:
- Reverse engineer, scrape, or attempt to extract our models or data.
- Resell, sublicense, or commercially exploit the Service without permission.
- Circumvent usage limits, security controls, or age verification.
- Use the Service to harass, defame, impersonate, or harm others.
Violations may result in warnings, content removal, adjusted safety settings, suspension, or permanent termination.
5. Subscriptions, tokens & payments
DreamOria offers a free tier and paid tiers (such as Premium and Ultra), plus consumable tokens for certain features. Paid subscriptions renew automatically at the interval you select until cancelled. You can cancel at any time; cancellation stops future renewals but does not retroactively refund the current period, except as required by law. Refund requests are evaluated case by case and generally within 30 days of purchase. Prices and features may change with notice.
6. Content & ownership
DreamOria and its licensors own the Service, the software, the brand, and the underlying companion designs. Subject to these Terms, you receive a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Service for your own personal, non-commercial enjoyment.
You retain rights in the original prompts and characters you create. You grant DreamOria a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to host, store, and process that content solely to operate and improve the Service. We do not sell your private content.
7. Termination
You may stop using the Service and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate access if you violate these Terms or the Content Guidelines, or where required to protect the Service, its users, or comply with law.
8. Disclaimers
The Service is provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. AI-generated content may be inaccurate, inappropriate, or unexpected. You use the Service at your own discretion and risk.
9. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, DreamOria will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages. Our total liability for any claim relating to the Service is limited to the amount you paid us in the six months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
10. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be reflected in the “last updated” date above and, where appropriate, communicated within the Service. Continued use after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.
